Frequently Asked Questions
Your initial password can be found on your Booth Assignment Confirmation sent by mail and email (to the primary address in our records) on Tuesday, October 9, 2012. To retrieve a lost password, you may either enter your email address from the log-in screen or contact your Exhibits Manager for help.
You can either search by your company name or booth #. Find your name in the results, then click “Map It”. Your booth will highlight on the floor plan.
At the top left-hand corner of the Floor Plan menu bar, you’ll see a ruler. Slide the nob left or right to increase or decrease the magnification of the floor plan.
If you see an available booth location on the floor plan that you would prefer over your assigned booth, please speak with your Exhibits Manager. Because we plan the floor by several criteria (e.g., tenure, booth size / type, average price point, etc.) to create a balance in traffic flow and product representation for buyers, please know that it is not always possible to honor a relocation request. We want you to be satisfied with your booth location, so your Exhibits Manager may suggest alternatives based on your preference.
Log into the Exhibitor Console. Under “Edit Booth Info” click “Edit”. This will take you to a form where you can update your address, email, phone, website and other information in your online profile. Please note that only certain fields will appear in the printed show guide. After making your edits, click “Save”. Finally, click “Preview” at the top to see your updated booth listing.
There are 3 available advertising slots on the bottom of the floor plan. Ad banners are $650 each and will link to your online listing. Submitted images need to be 205 x 60 pixels in GIF or JPEG (non-animated) format. Contact Rebecca Mercado for more information.
Some email services handle email broadcasts more sensitively than others, so your messages may be inadvertently pushed to your Spam folder. Please include firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com to your “safe sender” or “white” list in your email program to ensure receipt of important show-related email newsletters. If we do not have an viable email address in our records, a printed confirmation was sent. Please contact your Exhibits Manager if you have a new email address or need another copy of our confirmation.
You can access the online floor plan one of two ways: (1) After logging into the Exhibitor Console, click “Preview” and wait a moment for the floor plan to load; (2) View the public version of the site, which is faster to load and better for searching but will not give you allow you to edit your profile (you must log in to the exhibitor side to do that).
These booth are on temporary hold for artists who have been recently applied and been accepted to the show but have to return a signed contract. We will not publish a company as participating until they have submitted a complete contract and deposit.
